With the feeling of deep sorrow did the Ukrainian Parliament members accept the news of a terrible tragedy that occurred to the people of Philippines – a powerful typhoon that resulted in numerous casualties and large-scale destruction,” the Telegrams read.

On behalf of the people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys words of sincere sympathy and support to the bereaved families and wishes quickest possible recovery to the injured.
